This is a new Windline DLB-9 Breakaway Mounting bracket. It is used with Windline DL-2X, DL-3X, and DL-4X Dive ladders. The purpose of this bracket is to flip up the ladder automatically if it is ever forgotten to be retracted after use, saving the ladder from being ripped away.
